Landscape Architect drawn to the world of fashion!
Samantha Sorensen, Landscape Architect & Founder of Pina Koala Kossies, has always been passionate about making a positive impact on the environment with a focus on sustainability. Pina Koala Kossies was born through Sam’s love and admiration for Australian flora and fauna. What was once a daydream whispered by the salty breeze, turned into a daring quest to create the perfect bikini that blended Sam’s passion for the environment and beach laden lifestyle seamlessly.
Ever the creative, designing came naturally. "It was during my career as a Landscape Architect that I knew I wanted to create something special, something unique that would have a positive impact on the world! "Sam says.
Designs That Are Simple But Impactful
Sam poured her heart and soul into designing Pina Koala Kossies with the planet in mind. Each pattern telling a story of the unique ecosystems and natural wonders found in this remarkable country. From using recyclable and regenerated materials, to bio-degradable packaging, & donating to environmental charities with every purchase, Sam’s mission was to create environmentally conscious swimwear that not only looked good but did good.
Sam’s vision of a world where fashion and sustainability go hand-in-hand was never a trend. It was her passion, and Pina Koala Kossies purpose. With commitment to ethical production, environmentally conscious materials and koala KUTE designs, Sam is leading the way in the swimwear industry and inspiring others to follow suit.
So, a big thank you to all the PKK babes who have chosen to follow Sam’s journey and become a part of Pina Koala Kossies mission to create a better, more responsible world, one bikini at a time. Together we are making waves in fashion and the environment whilst helping out Australian wildlife.
