You may return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure your item is in its original condition, with all tags and sanitary pads intact.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return is requested within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- All tags and labels must be attached and unaltered.
- The sanitary pad must not have been removed.
3. Return Shipping:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. PKK does not cover return shipping expenses.
4. Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for items that have had their tags or labels cut off or removed.

Items with a removed sanitary pad are also non-returnable.
- Sale and discounted items.
5. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number at hello@pinakoalakossies.com.au
b. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
c. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip inside the package.
d. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided with your RA number.
6. Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow a reasonable processing time, and note that refunds will be made to the original payment method.
7. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request based on product availability.
8. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
